After having a horrible experience with Greenway Kia West, we contacted Vanessa at City Kia, and she told us they would do what they could to help. We were met by Patrick when we arrived, and straight from the jump, it was a night and day experience than that at greenway. Patrick was extremely helpful, understanding, and made personal connections with us throughout the process. Long story short, Patrick and City Kia, put my fiancee in the car she wanted and for payments she could afford when Greenway said it wasn’t possible.
