Totally unexpected experience in a dealership! A week before flying in to Orlando, we knew we needed a vehicle. I was casually browsing through the internet and filled-out an inquiry form from City Kia for a model I liked. Within a minute (literally) I received a call from Vanessa. She oriented me and referred me to Wilfrenk Tejidor; BEST CAR SALESPERSON EVER! Will went completely out of his way, even to pick us up at the airport and have our new vehicle ready when we arrived to the dealership. Joan, the financial manager found the best plan for us, too. No pressure, no tricks, no hidden fees. Ultimately, the whole team at City Kia Orlando made this experience, not a mere car shopping, but an unforgettable experience…and the coffee was delicious!

After having a horrible experience with Greenway Kia West, we contacted Vanessa at City Kia, and she told us they would do what they could to help. We were met by Patrick when we arrived, and straight from the jump, it was a night and day experience than that at greenway. Patrick was extremely helpful, understanding, and made personal connections with us throughout the process. Long story short, Patrick and City Kia, put my fiancee in the car she wanted and for payments she could afford when Greenway said it wasn’t possible. We want to thank them for making it a seamless and enjoyable process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Kia. Ask for Patrick.

Ive had nothing but problems with this dealer since they dropped my car off. Ive asked for help from them multiple times and with multiple people. They continue to ignore me. They constantly make promises to follow up but then wont. I have reached out to at least 5 people including the GM of the dealership. I purchased my car and had it delivered instead of going to the dealership. Big mistake. They lost my registration and forgot to put in the car. They claimed to be able to mail me a new one but keep ignoring my requests about when Ill receive it. The DMV wont let me order a new one yet so Im being held hostage by this dealer. They did not put in the front floor mats that I purchased with the car. When I registered for a toll pass I found a toll violation on my tag because they took it on toll roads with my tag instead of a dealer tag. They just seem dishonest and shady. I wish corporate Kia would step in to help. This dealership makes me regret buying a Kia.
