I had a great experience when I brought my car in for service at Crown Acura. Logan Lane is professional, knowledgeable and diligent. He is an asset to any company that would be lucky to have him! Crown Acura service manager Alan Viera contacted me and explained why there was an additional service needed outside the complimentary maintenence service. Crown actually adds an additional 1 yr complimentary service above and beyond Acura Factory service so the additional maintenence typical falls outside the first year (that was our case). I understand the extra and appreciate the follow up on this. My confidence in Crown Acura remains intact. The only thing they might consider would be to detail differences in 2wd and all wheel drive at the time of purchase. We are enjoying our RDX. No followup a sketchy "complimentary" maintenence program. 2 year free recommend maintenence service but no one will tell you there is recommend maintenance needed outside of that program so first 2 yrs or 30k miles expect additional $600.

Ive recently had work done on my car so they gave me a loaner and a loaner ended up getting towed by my apartment complex. The towing company said that Crown Acura can be the only ones to go get it and if they dont get it in time Ill continue to get late charges. I just wanna say thank you to Jeremy and Alan in service for going above and beyond and getting this situation handled quickly even though its not their fault.

I bought ZDX on Dec, 31. The whole pricing discussion happened over email/text with straightforward and prompt responses. No doubt my best sales dealer experience till date. Trading in the car and signing papers took less than hour. I am so happy with whole experience. Hats off to Crown Acura and its GM on hows she running the shop.

Excellent character & employee culture you can feel as you enter and spend time with the personnel. Gillian Barnes made sure I was comfortable with the car and it's many tech features from test ride to post-sale delivery. No shortcuts in presentation, negotiation and introduction of key Crown management and service personnel. Please see Gillian, as she'll take necessary time to cover details.
