We bought my 2026 Acura MDX in JUNE from Richard Morris. Rich Morris, Bart Bartley (service), John Luebke (finance) & Sophie Morris (manager) always make the car buying/leasing experience such a pleasant one. We have been buying our cars from them for decades at this point. We will forever be a part of the Crown family because of them. In fact, when our daughter turned 16, we also purchased her first car from the Crown family. We thank Rich, Sophie and Crown for all that they do from the bottom of our hearts. 💙

Had to take my car in for service and took it to Crown Acura. Bart Bartley assisted me every step of the way and was very honest with me. He made sure that the work requested is what was completed. Very good service and would take my car back for service there.

I'm now on my third car from Crown and while the staff is really solid (Bart in service has done a great job), the Acura cars have gone down in quality. I saw it happen in real time, as I just had a car accident in my 2024 MDX and had to trade it for a 2025. The changes in the 2025 models have been a disaster. It's not convenient for me to get to the dealer for service and I've had more issues with my 2025 Acura than the 2014 TL I still drive daily. The technology is the biggest challenge. They "updated" the platform and it's a total mess. The bluetooth connections are very inconsistent, the Acura app works to remote start my car about 25% of the time and (worst of all) they require system updates that you need to go to the dealer to complete (and they take 2 hours). In addition, the auto idle feature cooked my starter, which lasted about a year, and now the windshield washer dispenser doesn't work on my front or rear windows....back to the dealer with more issues. Avoid Acuras; sadly for Crown they have bad products.
