Absolutely fantastic experience getting into a new Acura. Gillian and Sophie at Crown Acura made this the easiest most pain free experience. Gillian took the time to test drive multiple vehicles with me and walked me through all the features and benefits of every trim level I was looking at. She was very knowledgeable, but also very personable and patient as I looked over multiple options. I know where and who I am buying a new vehicle from next time - Gillian at Crown Acura!

I had an outstanding interaction with Jeremy S. on Friday, and wanted to give credit where credit is due. Because of traffic and planning, I showed up after close (by 20 minutes) but Jeremy was still there. While trying to figure out my next move, he came out and invited me in, turned on all the lights, and helped to find my keys, went over my paperwork, and helped me to my car. I'm not even his customer! He could have just left the lights off, and I would've had an hour of my day wasted, for being late- my own fault. That is dedication and the desire for cuatomer satisfaction. That is very rare these days. I believe Jeremy should be running the company, or someone's company! I love to see someone who is that dedicated and it inspires me. Maybe the world isnt lost after all! Thank you Jeremy.

We recently brought our 2026 MDX to Crown Acura Service Dept. in Clearwater for a Ceramic Coating and scotchguard service. Jeremy Stebbins reached out to me to schedule the service and was so easy to communicate with right from start. He said the service would take 2 days and made sure we had a loaner car which was ready and waiting when we dropped the car off. Jeremy stayed in contact every step of the way ensuring that this service experience went perfect. We appreciated Jeremy for his excellent customer service, he truly loves his job and cares about the customers. We pulled up to pick up the car and it was right out front, gleaming, to say the least, the car was gorgeous! We were so pleased I decided to send Jeremy a text to thank him and being the professional he is, he also gave kudos and credit to his team that worked so hard to ensure the car reached our expectations. Thank you to Sid Cooper and Kobe Biltz, you guys did an awesome job. I would also like to thank Tony in Sales and Jay in finance who made the car buying/leasing experience a breeze.
