I stopped at Crown Acura this afternoon and met with Sales & Leasing Consultant John "JD" Duenskie. What a genuinely great guy. I’m a very particular shopper, and I’m still deciding on the exact MDX I want — exterior color (white or red), interior (espresso or parchment), trim level (Tech or Advance), model year (2023 or 2024), and of course the right mileage and price to fit my budget. So yes… the moon and stars all need to align. JD was incredibly patient and never pushy. He walked me through several MDX variations, explained the differences clearly, and encouraged me to take my time and do some test driving. He gave me a lot to think about and is now keeping an eye out for the exact combination I’m looking for. I’ll definitely be speaking with him again as soon as my dream — and affordable — MDX becomes available. JD assured me he’ll keep his eyes peeled, and I believe him. JD made our car leasing a very relaxed and positive experience. I traded in a leased 2023 MDX for a 2026 ADX and was so pleased with the car and the buying experience that my wife also traded in her leased 2023 RDX for a new 2026 RDX. Financially, the dealer incentives, Acura loyalty credit and trade in allowance allowed us to lease a new RDX while maintaining our monthly payments. The ADX was approximately $100 less per month . The Clearwater Acura Dealership is a conveniently located ‘luxury’ dealership. Our car purchases include complimentary routine maintenance for the duration of our lease, so I’m sure we’ll be back. This is our 8th Acura purchase and our best buying experience to-date thanks to JD. In my opinion, Acura makes the finest luxury-class vehicles for the price. Jeff

I am very happy with my purchase, the car is beautiful, John was great however Im not too happy with the fact that I just bought a new certified pre-owned vehicle from the dealership with an additional extended warranty cost added to my loan and the car already needs multiple repairs within a month of driving it. On top of that, none of them will be covered by any service repair contract that I paid for. So it will all be out of my pocket. This is disheartening. I have always stood by Acura and always will but not sure I was taken care of the way I should have been. I feel like I made a big beautiful costly mistake.
