I had an amazing experience getting my new car thanks to Tony and John! I was pretty indecisive and experienced an unexpected health event, so I took months before finally making my decision, but Tony was incredibly patient, kind, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions and truly made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was available night and day whenever needed. John in finance made everything simple, and the paperwork was quick and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend asking for Tony and John if you're looking for an honest, enjoyable car-buying experience!

We spoke to several dealerships and none of them were as transparent or gave any customer service. Nate Dicks was very authentic and answered all our questions and helped us get the best deal. John Lubke and Jay Rudio in finance were very helpful as well. Highly recommend this dealership.

We bought my 2026 Acura MDX in JUNE from Richard Morris. Rich Morris, Bart Bartley (service), John Luebke (finance) & Sophie Morris (manager) always make the car buying/leasing experience such a pleasant one. We have been buying our cars from them for decades at this point. We will forever be a part of the Crown family because of them. In fact, when our daughter turned 16, we also purchased her first car from the Crown family. We thank Rich, Sophie and Crown for all that they do from the bottom of our hearts. 💙

He has a cheerful attitude and very down to earth and easygoing. His basic premise is that your vehicle is an investment, so he advises of needed services that fit your budget at time of write up. No high pressure tactics, just honest advice to assist customers with repair knowledge. He makes everyone feel welcome and takes the time to be patient and kind to all he interacts with.
