John Shaw of Crown Acura did an excellent job of planning, organizing, and controlling the repair process on my 2025 MDX. He kept me informed of the progress and was more than able to respond to some follow-up questions I had. He has gone above and beyond and is a credit to himself and Crown Acura. The tech who did the work was skilled and identified the problem almost immediately. The repair was performed professionally and timely. This dealer, and specifically this maintenance group, are to be highly recommended.

I very much appreciate John Shaw working me into the maintenance schedule (28 Sep 2026) on what was truly short notice to ensure my RDX was ready for an upcoming road trip. As usual John was superb in getting my car quickly assigned to a technician (Chris Renaud…also terrific!) upon my arrival. A thorough check and service was performed (including oil change & wheel alignment) and I was on my way in no time (maybe 1 hour at most). Amazing but not surprising as I’ve been fortunate to have John as my Service Advisor for over a decade now and his integrity, professionalism and personality are simply outstanding.
