I bought a pre-owned 2025 Subaru outback at Crown Acura on July 1, 2026. Milissa Grimsley was my Sales Representative and it turned out that it was her first sale. She was wonderful! She was very professional courteous and helpful. She told me that the reason that she wanted to work for Crown was that they had such great customer service and that it was a highly reputable dealership. She was right! She and Mike from Paraguay answered all my questions and did not use any aggressive tactics to try to get me to buy a car.... Jay Rudio, The Financial Services Manager was also terrific and no pressure as well. Also, after having the car for a couple of days I noticed a very tiny crack in the windshield and I talked to Jeremy Stevins, the Service Manager and Milissa about it. They investigated it and found out that the problem had already been addressed and repaired so I had nothing to worry about. Very thorough and professional indeed and they got back to me immediately! I am 75 years old and have been to many car dealerships so this is not my first automobile rodeo! I am very impressed with Crown Acura and will return their for my service, for my new car. We had such a great experience at Crown Acura of Clearwater. We contacted Breezy prior to visiting the dealership. She took the time to make sure the specific vehicle we wanted was available onsite and ready to test drive when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was streamlined. Jay in finance was great as well. He made everything simple and kept it straightforward. Breezy was knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle. She set up the app, user info, and CarPlay and then we were on our way. We would highly recommend Crown Acura of Clearwater. Thanks to Breezy for a great car buying experience!

We spoke to several dealerships and none of them were as transparent or gave any customer service. Nate Dicks was very authentic and answered all our questions and helped us get the best deal. John Lubke and Jay Rudio in finance were very helpful as well. Highly recommend this dealership.

Gillian Barnes was my salesperson and she was wonderful. She made the process so easy. I leased a 2026 Integra and I love the car. Jay Rudio was the finance manager and he was so helpful. The sales manager Chris Eaton stopped by and introduced himself. Very friendly and professional staff.

I recently had my very best car buying experience at Crown Acura (and I’ve had a lot of cars!). The whole team and especially my sales consultant, Gillian Barnes, went above and beyond to make my experience easy and stress free. Gillian was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She took her time to carefully review everything with me and whenever I had questions, she had the answers. I left with the exact car I wanted for a very fair deal that I walked away feeling really good about. If you’re in the market for an Acura, go to Crown and ask for Gillian! I have to give a shoutout to the finance manager, Jay Rudio, as well. He was also awesome. Five star experience overall.

He made the car buying experience enjoyable which isn’t always the case. I worked with Jay in Finance and he found a competitive interest rate for me. He worked quickly (which is what I wanted) but explained everything thoroughly. If you’re looking for a car be sure to go see Luke and Jay. They are both great!

We recently brought our 2026 MDX to Crown Acura Service Dept. in Clearwater for a Ceramic Coating and scotchguard service. Jeremy Stebbins reached out to me to schedule the service and was so easy to communicate with right from start. He said the service would take 2 days and made sure we had a loaner car which was ready and waiting when we dropped the car off. Jeremy stayed in contact every step of the way ensuring that this service experience went perfect. We appreciated Jeremy for his excellent customer service, he truly loves his job and cares about the customers. We pulled up to pick up the car and it was right out front, gleaming, to say the least, the car was gorgeous! We were so pleased I decided to send Jeremy a text to thank him and being the professional he is, he also gave kudos and credit to his team that worked so hard to ensure the car reached our expectations. Thank you to Sid Cooper and Kobe Biltz, you guys did an awesome job. I would also like to thank Tony in Sales and Jay in finance who made the car buying/leasing experience a breeze. Ive known John for 25 plus years and had the opportunity to work with him as well. He has always been honest , caring and humble. He has always treated customers as if they were friends. He has a cheerful attitude and very down to earth and easygoing. His basic premise is that your vehicle is an investment, so he advises of needed services that fit your budget at time of write up. No high pressure tactics, just honest advice to assist customers with repair knowledge. He makes everyone feel welcome and takes the time to be patient and kind to all he interacts with.
