Mike and Jay are the best in the business. This is now my second leased vehicle from Acura, and I don’t think I’ll ever set foot on any competitor lot ever again! Mike was super knowledgeable, was not pushy like how most sales people can be, and eager to help get me in a newer Acura! Jay the finance manager goes above and beyond for his customers, and even stayed late to make sure I was more than satisfied with my deal. Highly recommend these guys, and Crown Acura!

My sales person was Gillian Barnes. I cannot say enough great things about her. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy. Gillian made the entire getting a new car transaction easy and quick. It was a very pleasant experience. I also liked the fact that while I was working with Gillian, she had Jay, the finance guy, busy preparing all the paperwork, so when it was time to do the sale it was quick and easy. Also while I was with Jay, Gillian was preparing my new car, exchanging license plates, etc.

Purchased a new car yesterday at Crown. It could not have been a more simple, pleasant experience. Everyone we talked to was professional and had the answers and Jay(the business manager) were great. No rush, no fast talk, did everything they said they would. The GM and Sales Manager do a great job running this dealership.

What a great car buying experience here at Crown Acura with Nate D. He was the best;) He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! He answered our questions and did what he could do to get us out the door at our price point and efficiently!!! As for the rest of the team at Crown Acura, without a doubt the best! Jay, finance and Sophie, the GM, made a point to come and say hi. Even the used car manager, did not get his name, was outstanding! What a great team of people at Crown Acura

Had a really good experience with Jay and Tony. Helped me get a good deal on a lease buyout. Definitely would recommend if youre looking for a car to come here. this is the Best Acura dealership in central Florida imo.
