Had recent service done for the Integra. Logan Lane was my service advisor. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. My car was serviced timely and even received an excellent hand car wash. Great customer service!

Staff was very polite and friendly. Logan was spot on regarding how long the repairs would take and very pleasant through the entire experience. I would definitely go to this location again for future services.

I had my 2020 MDX in to crown acuras service dept twice over the past couple of months; once for a factory recall w/ additional voluntary fluid changes I asked for, as well as getting a 2nd key fob ordered and programmed. Both times Logan was excellent to deal with. Good communication and transparency on the cost of the work I was paying for and the suggested additional work that wasnt a pressing matter, giving me the ability to make an informed decision on the extra work they suggested. Hardly any wait once I arrived and I was in and out quickly. So far I dont have a complaint at all Im pretty impressed. Ive had bad experiences with other dealerships in the area especially the one I purchased my vehicle originally at. A certain Tampa area Honda dealershipcrown Acura has been great so far thanks again Logan

Logan in the service dept has taken care of all my appointments at crown Acura since Ive owned my 2020 MDX. His communication and turnaround for service has been some of the best Ive experienced. I have zero complaints and very much enjoy working with him

I had a generally great experience with Crown Acura in Clearwater last week My advisor, Logan, was exceptional, and the team arranged a shuttle home for me, which was so helpful. However, during the visit, the driver, Robin, seemed to smell strongly of alcohol. As a bartender, I’m really familiar with that scent, and it made me feel uncomfortable, especially since it was midday. I hope this can be looked into, because I want to keep the safety and trust I had in your service ,Thank you.

As always Logan took great care of me at Crown Acura always promptly responding to my calls as well and taking care of what ever issues or maintenance I need! I drive past another Acura dealership even though Crown is much further just for the top tier experience Logan and Crown provides. Highly recommend!
