This is our 9th purchase/lease since 2004. It seems each one gets better and better! We finally moved into the MDX line and could not be happier. The MDX Advance is an outstanding vehicle, loaded with features we were looking for this time around. Chris Duncanson is a superb, knowledgeable and most professional person to work with. We highly recommend him and every one at the dealership. The whole crew is so pleasant to interact with from the general manager, sales, service and parts. I have been going to Crown Acura for a number of years. The facility is always clean, friendly and welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most times I will wait for my car to be serviced and the time spent is actually relaxing and enjoyable. My sales person was Gillian Barnes. I cannot say enough great things about her. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy. Gillian made the entire getting a new car transaction easy and quick. It was a very pleasant experience. I also liked the fact that while I was working with Gillian, she had Jay, the finance guy, busy preparing all the paperwork, so when it was time to do the sale it was quick and easy. Also while I was with Jay, Gillian was preparing my new car, exchanging license plates, etc. When I get a car serviced, Logan Lane is my service guy and is is very helpful and professional and gets me in and out quickly.
