We recently drove 2 hours to buy a car from Crown Acura. The team there, especially LUKE MISTRETTA & JAY RUBIO, was terrific, very patient, friendly & professional, working with us to get an equitable deal on the car we really wanted, without feeling pressured. After past unpleasant experiences with other dealers, we were apprehensive about making that long of a drive. But we were relieved with how positive of an experience they made it for us. If it wasn’t such a long drive, I would definitely be doing all my service with them.

I recently picked up my new Integra here and had an absolutely incredible experience working with Luke. He is a very chill and relaxed dude who made the entire process completely stress-free. He was incredibly friendly from the start and never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want or need. He even stood in the hot sun (July) just to help me safely remove my dash cam from my trade-in when I was with financing. Definitely ask for Luke. Highly recommend!
