Michael Aloia greeted me promptly when I arrived. He was not the original service coordinator assigned to me (that person was nowhere to be found) but Michael didn’t want me waiting endlessly, so he stepped up and took over my service for the day. He was friendly and informative. We discussed what was needed. He gave me an estimate. The entire appointment was less than 90 minutes. I was very pleased.

GOOD CROWN ACURA SERVICE, AS ALWAYS! I have a 2016 TLX that I got from Chris D in sales. Chris S in service has been helping me take care of my 2016 since i got it in 2015. I just had a large amount of work done on the car at one time. I have over 200,000 miles on my car. So Chris in service always takes care of me. Its good for me to know that Chris S in service has my back the same way that Chris D does in sales. I have been a crown client for over 10 years and have referred business to them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
