I bought a pre-owned 2025 Subaru outback at Crown Acura on July 1, 2026. Milissa Grimsley was my Sales Representative and it turned out that it was her first sale. She was wonderful! She was very professional courteous and helpful. She told me that the reason that she wanted to work for Crown was that they had such great customer service and that it was a highly reputable dealership. She was right! She and Mike from Paraguay answered all my questions and did not use any aggressive tactics to try to get me to buy a car.... Jay Rudio, The Financial Services Manager was also terrific and no pressure as well. Also, after having the car for a couple of days I noticed a very tiny crack in the windshield and I talked to Jeremy Stevins, the Service Manager and Milissa about it. They investigated it and found out that the problem had already been addressed and repaired so I had nothing to worry about. Very thorough and professional indeed and they got back to me immediately! I am 75 years old and have been to many car dealerships so this is not my first automobile rodeo! I am very impressed with Crown Acura and will return their for my service, for my new car.
