Ive known John for 25 plus years and had the opportunity to work with him as well. He has always been honest , caring and humble. He has always treated customers as if they were friends. He has a cheerful attitude and very down to earth and easygoing. His basic premise is that your vehicle is an investment, so he advises of needed services that fit your budget at time of write up. No high pressure tactics, just honest advice to assist customers with repair knowledge. He makes everyone feel welcome and takes the time to be patient and kind to all he interacts with.
