This is our 9th purchase/lease since 2004. It seems each one gets better and better! We finally moved into the MDX line and could not be happier. The MDX Advance is an outstanding vehicle, loaded with features we were looking for this time around. Chris Duncanson is a superb, knowledgeable and most professional person to work with. Genuinely friendly, caring and straight forward. She respected our time and had plenty of hers to share and never felt rushed. She spent time nailing down all details of a long list of accessories we needed added and installed. Made sure everything were perfect fits for the model. She followed up several times during that process to keep us posted on progress. Upon delivery she spent well over an hour sitting in the vehicle going over all the features, how to use them how to program them and set all of them to our liking, She as well as all other folks there made us feel like royalty. Doing all the paperwork for the sale was remarkably quick and a seamless process. Shout out to Sophie Morris, General Manager and John Luebke Finance Manager to rounding out our wonderful experience.
