Can't say enough about how great the customer service was. If there was an option to rate 10/5 stars, that's what they'd would be rated. I had an issue with a vehicle I purchased at the beginning of the year and reach out to Cole about it and he went above and beyond to assist me during the whole process. He laid out all our potential options to move forward no matter the effort on his end and every time I was there it was a quick and painless process. Ed was fantastic and very knowledgeable when it came to vehicle knowledge and very personable. Crown is a top notch company and dealership that doesn't put you under pressure like I've experienced at other dealerships. Communication is paramount and they are also open and honest as well as extremely helpful.

What a great experience I had again at Crown Buick GMC, in St Petersburg! I bought a newer/used Sportage, my second one! It has all the bells and whistles, quite a step up for me. This is my third purchase from them, & I won't go anywhere else! Such great people work there, Boris Cehic, was great to work with. He worked out a great deal & gave me great value for my trade in. Cole Connor was great in helping me understand the paperwork & getting thru it. All in all I think I spent the shortest time (at a dealership) there ever! From the test drive, to bringing my newer car home. Thank you all so much!! I will see you again, if I purchase another!

For starters, I was in the industry for well over a decade and with that said... I hate going to dealerships (I know the lingo, and all the bs) but, That went right out the window upon entering this place. I went in looking for Tammy because Ray over at Acura recommended her to me. I just purchased a 2019 Acura MDX and due to another baby on the way I wanted to gift my wife the larger yukon Denali. Waiting for Tammy (she was wrapping up with a client), Cole introduces himself to me and we just started discussing why I was there and never once did he get salesman like with me. He was a human being!!!! Rare...... To be honest everyone at every crown dealership Ive Visited have been amazing and helpful. Keep it up guys! Fair purchase across the board!
