The sales team was NOT helpful when I stopped to ask for help opening my hood after an accident. I purchased my car there, I dont think I was asking a lot. They acted like the hood was too damaged for them to open, but without even trying. The sales manager on Tuesday, 4/30 at 11:30am, asked for my key and proceeded to turn my car on after I explicitly told him the engine was too hot due to overheated because the antifreeze leaked out due to a hole in the radiator. It made the worst sound ever and I had to yell to him, what are you doing!?! Turn it off now!! It was the worst! However, at the Collision Center, the nicest guy ever, named David Thach, was so helpful and had my hood open in less than one minute! He agrees that there was a small leak in the radiator because there was no antifreeze at all left. He even went to find me some in the shop so that I would at least get home over an hour away! He was calm, despite my frantic state, spoke to me with respect entirely, and it felt like he truly was there to assist me. Thats not something seen much in these times and I appreciate the calming affect he had on me. Youre lucky to have an employee like that, who makes customers feel important even if theyre not buying a car. The sales manager was trying to sell me a $35K car, and didnt care at all about the car I had with me that day lol! David deserves a lot of credit for his genuine respect for people. Hes one of like 5 nice people Ive met in this state over the last 6 years! Thank you David! I wont forget what you did for me that day! Youve restored my belief in humanity!!! Sincerely, Mary R

They did an excellent job, communicated the entire time, even did some work that wasnt part of the accident I was there for and made it easy to bill me and pay separately from insurance. Agent named David assigned to my repair was outstanding! I highly recommend Crown Collision and will use them again if needed!
