Can't say enough about how great the customer service was. If there was an option to rate 10/5 stars, that's what they'd would be rated. I had an issue with a vehicle I purchased at the beginning of the year and reach out to Cole about it and he went above and beyond to assist me during the whole process. He laid out all our potential options to move forward no matter the effort on his end and every time I was there it was a quick and painless process. Ed was fantastic and very knowledgeable when it came to vehicle knowledge and very personable. Crown is a top notch company and dealership that doesn't put you under pressure like I've experienced at other dealerships. Communication is paramount and they are also open and honest as well as extremely helpful.

Edward Ma Our sales person hit his job with absolutely no pressure on us. Our process took some time in the end. We got exactly what we wanted. Buick enclave Avenir. It Checks all the boxes. Ed guided us through all of the technical aspects of the vehicle. With patience and understanding. We have been in GM family all our lives. I’ve actually lost track of all the Chevys Pontiac GMC And now Buicks we’ve purchased. I highly recommend you purchase your GMC or Buick from Crown GMC you won’t regret it. Great experience with salesman Ed Ma at the a the Crown Buick dealership in St Pete! I corresponded with Ed via email in advance on leasing options for a 2026 Envista model and he was thorough, responsive and gave me all the info I requested so I could make an informed decision. We confirmed model and lease terms upfront and Ed had everything ready for me to sign when I arrived at our appointment. Ed and the entire team made it super easy and painless!! This is my second lease from this dealership and both experiences have been good! Highly recommend!! Also, the new Envista is pretty awesome, too!!!!
