A few weeks ago, we brought our 2019 Cadillac XT5 in Crown Buick GMC's service department due to an oil leak. Our service advisor was Jacquel Waller, and our tech was Thomas Seijas. The service was simply outstanding. Jacquel was very helpful and communicated with us frequently, and Thomas repaired the oil leak . They even sent pictures to us during the repair to keep us informed. All in all, the service exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys!!!

I called the advisor (Jacquel Weller) to arrange my 30,000 mi maintenance visit, and checkup. He arranged a day that worked for me, and I came in and dropped it off. He advised that it would be late in the day that it would be ready, and discussed the scan that was done of my car too, and that I needed tires. The courtesy shuttle driver, Greg Walker, drove me home, and later in the day, the other driver, Kevin, came and got me, when Jacquel said it was ready. I appreciate being kept informed, and that they came & got me at home, and I asked to have it washed too - which was done. Thanks to all.

Service Advisor Jacquel Waller @ Crown Buick is a fantastic advisor. He took care of my 2020 Encore Buick repairs made sure all services on my vehicle were properly taken care of this time . Then My wire connection to Apple Play had a short he told me to return with new wire and he would show me how connect it, and he did. He is an honest man, I would recommend Jacquel Waller to purchase a vehicle, and service it! He is considerate and honest!
