I have been going to Crown for many years matter fact I bought a GMC Pontiac when Crown used to have a Crown Pontiac dealership. Kim was great. She completed my job. She called me as soon as I got done and the driver picked me up. He was fabulous too.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Kim Moore. She went over the work I wanted done and the recall that was to be completed on my truck. We talked about any other maintenance that might be needed the next time I scheduled an appointment. Kim informed me of the special pricing on prepaying for 3 oil changes. I waited in the comfortable waiting room until the work was completed. I was able to have a cup of coffee and catch up on some reading. The work was completed in less time than promised. I've had my truck serviced at this facility since I purchase my trunk and I'll continue to it back. I highly recommend Kim Moore and this dealership.
