5/22/2026 Kim Moore was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to advocate for me with Triton, ensuring my repairs were fully covered under my extended warranty. She even handled the rental car arrangements for me while my car was in the shop, making the entire process seamless. Kim was friendly, professional, and highly communicative throughout. I can't recommend her enough! 11/30/2025 I just want to give a sincere thank you to John Grundon at Crown Buick. Right before Thanksgiving my car had to go in for repairs, and I was honestly stressed about being without a vehicle during the holiday week. John stepped in and took care of everything. He helped secure a rental through Enterprise — all covered under my warranty — so I could still get around with no interruption. And even with the holiday going on, he made sure my car was finished and ready for me by Saturday. John kept me informed the whole time, was patient with all my questions, and truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m really grateful for his kindness and professionalism. We had great customer service from Jamie and Ed! We appreciated them showing and telling us about their cars then stepping back as we worked on our decision. No pushy salesman! They knew their automobiles and were confident in who they worked for which gave us more confidence in Crown. We were able to work with Mark our financial services manager, who made this process very easy. Also we are from a small hometown in Texas, and we experienced that caring hometown feeling from the employees at Crown. We know we made the right decision of purchasing our car from Crown! For starters, I was in the industry for well over a decade and with that said... I hate going to dealerships (I know the lingo, and all the bs) but, That went right out the window upon entering this place. I went in looking for Tammy because Ray over at Acura recommended her to me. I just purchased a 2019 Acura MDX and due to another baby on the way I wanted to gift my wife the larger yukon Denali. Waiting for Tammy (she was wrapping up with a client), Cole introduces himself to me and we just started discussing why I was there and never once did he get salesman like with me. He was a human being!!!! Rare...... To be honest everyone at every crown dealership Ive Visited have been amazing and helpful. Keep it up guys! Fair purchase across the board! David Boldin, the Internet Sales Manager, handled the deal upfront through email and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Everything we discussed ahead of time was honored exactly as promised. When I arrived at the dealership, Jamie Williams, the salesman who assisted me in person, was professional, friendly, and efficientno pressure at all. Mark Fernandez in Financial Services made the paperwork quick and painless. Most importantly, there were no surprises: no upselling, no last-minute changes, and no attempts to alter the agreed-upon price. The deal went exactly as planned, which is rare and very much appreciated. If youre looking for an honest, stress-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend Crown Buick GMC and this team. Our extraordinary Tammy Wagner excelled at meeting our expectations yesterday, December 15, when we walked into our dealership. My husband wanted to buy a new truck and we walked in and told Tammy that at 11 AM and by 5:30 PM we had a purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted to purchase in the truck and Tammy made it happen., and then our financial officer Mark Fernandez set the whole purchase up electronically. This was the easiest deal and purchase that we have ever experienced and they are just fantastic.. The Customer Service that we receive is greater than five star rating from Tammy which keeps us continuing to go back to her and our recommending her to everyone that we talk to about the extra extraordinary services and deals that we received from the GMC dealership. For the second time we brought both of our basset hounds, helping everyone to know that they are dog friendly which was truly a treat not just for everyone who got to visit with our dogs, but also for them to be with us so they could meet everybody!
