Chase and his General Manager Alfonso provided an awesome experience for me and my wife. We’ve been doing business with crown for years and this was by far the best experience we had! Alfonso sets a great business model and we would recommend Crown of Cleveland to anybody!

I’ve been using this dealership for years. Ever since Alfonso took over it has been top notch. He goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smooth and great.

Alfonso handled and solved our problem with ease and he took care of us when another store wouldn’t. I would recommend this store greatly!

We have always bought our cars from this dealer, the last 5 to be exact. Everyone is great, they are all so helpful. My wife had a recall on her car and they schedules to replace part but the service tech decided it was a good idea to touch the whole ceiling of the car with oil all over hands and left stains. We let dodge know and with the help of Hannah and the manager Alfonso they made sure to make it right. We dropped off the car and they did a detail cleaning on the car and left it brand new. All we wanted was stain on roof gone but they went above and beyond. We are very thankful for this helpful staff and how quickly they both responded and took care of it. Thank you.

Update on 3/11/26: I am providing an update regarding my previous survey submitted on February 27, 2026, concerning my recent purchase of a Genesis GV70 on February 21, 2026. On March 2, I contacted Crown dealership in Cleveland, TN to request assistance with repairing the vehicles damaged underpinning. I spoke with the used car manager, Jacob Buckner. Unfortunately, the interaction was unhelpful and rudely. Despite providing documentation from Genesis showing that the repair cost is approximately $1,800, he only offered $300 toward the repair. I also emailed him a copy of the repair invoice as proof. Because the issue was not resolved, I requested to escalate the matter to the general manager, Alfonso. During our conversation, he appeared more focused on my previous survey rather than understanding the issue I was trying to explain. He also suggested that I may have caused the damage myself, which is completely untrue. He mentioned that Jacob had inspected the underside of the vehicle and taken pictures before the vehicle left the lot, but when I requested copies of those photos, they were never provided. After further discussion, Alfonso increased the offer to $600. However, my concern has always been about accountability and getting the vehicle properly repaired, not negotiating partial amounts toward the repair. The general manager did however called to verify that the check was mailed. Which was post marked on March 9. Additionally, the salesperson, Chase, assured me certain things regarding the warranty during the purchase process. If he was not fully knowledgeable about the warranty coverage, those assurances should not have been made. Customers rely on accurate information when making major purchases. Overall, my experience has been disappointing. I believe the dealership should focus more on transparency, accurate information, and customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. I hope this will help any future buyer. 2/27/26: I purchased a 2025 Genesis GV70 from Crown less than a week ago. I traveled from Mississippi to their dealership in Cleveland TN. I was printed a Car fax that showed a previous damage to the underpinning but was told it was repaired. When I got there everything went smoothly but as soon as I left the lot the underpinning fell and the brake light alert flashed across the dashboard. The brakes were not working properly at that point. I immediately stopped and call my salesman Mr. Chase Perry to inform him of the problem. The only option given was to call roadside assistance to take me back to Mississippi. I requested to return the car, but was denied request. Apparently the 7 day/ 500 mile retros not for a full refund. It only allow you to trade for another car on the lot. That made me upset that you guarantee great service with warranty but did not follow through. The ink was even dry on the paperwork. He did not offer to help me while stranded with a SUV he just sold to me less than a hour ago. To make matters worse, I made an appointment with Genesis in Mississippi and was told the ABS system has malfunction, water pump is bad, and the underpinning needs replacing. I feel as if it was all about the money and not the quality. I wish to warn everyone not to purchase a vehicle at Crown in Cleveland TN.
