I had been looking for a new truck or newer truck for several weeks. When I walked into Crown Dodge James Arrington greeted me outside. He asked me if there was anything that he could do for me and I explained to him that I was looking for a truck. He wasted no time in finding a couple of vehicles to look at. His professional manner being such a young salesman, impressed me. He wasnt pushy or trying to make a sale right away. He was trying to make a friend. After we talked a few times I took out The F150for a test drive. After talking on a couple of other occasions, I decided to come back and see if we could hammer out the numbers to see if we couldve come to an agreement on the price. At no time that I feel James was trying to hoodwink me or sell me on something I didnt want. He did a fantastic job with the closing with the help of Brandon Morgan sales car manager. We had a small hiccup with the truck and I brought it back and James and Brandon help resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I look forward to doing business with crown and James in the future as Ill be looking for another vehicle next year. What a blessing it was to do business and working with James. Thank you very much.
