I recently took my 2019 RAM 1500 to Crown of Cleveland for new tires, brakes, a front-end alignment, and an oil change, and Service Advisor Caleb Barham provided truly excellent service throughout the entire experience. Great service from Caleb Barham at Crown CDJR. Kept me informed of service progress in a timely manner and the issues involved. Not thrilled about my second battery recall, but thats all Jeeps (Stellantis) issue. Service was fine. I would recommend the service dept. Price was N/A.. a recall.

I had a hybrid battery pack installed. The process started in November because it took 45 days for the part to be delivered. Once the part got to the dealership, Caleb Barnham made sure to get my vehicle fixed during the Christmas holiday on a 48 hour turnaround.
