What a refreshing experience! We picked up our new Wagoneer from this dealer after driving from our home just south of Charlotte, NC (5.5 hour drive) because of the experience we have had with them over the phone (it also helped that they happened to have the Wagooner we wanted!). Jacob Buckner, our sales rep, was GREAT and extremely easy to work with. Brandon Morgan the sales manager was also excellent and really made you feel like family. Chancy Deakins was our finance rep, and while we already had our own financing set up ahead of time, the warranty options he presented were truly customized to our needs, and was not a "pressure" purchase situation. We plan to come back in a few years when we're ready to buy my wife her Wrangler!! Thank you to the Crown CDJR Cleveland team!

I am writing my review strictly based off Chancy Deakins, the Finance Manager at Crown. I found him to be quite unprofessional in his interactions with me. He was rude and dismissive when I asked him questions about the financial process, and he seemed to be more interested in complaining about his job than in helping me. His office also smelled strongly of smoke, which was unpleasant. I hope that Crown will consider hiring another Finance Manager who is more professional and customer-oriented. Mr. Deakins' behavior was not representative of the high standards that I expected. For more information, I did not encounter any other problems with the other employees. However, I was only there to purchase my lease, ( jeep ) which was not done correctly. They had to call me to inform me that I was not approved for the loan. I still have not received an explanation for how I was able to be in the office to purchase my lease, sign all the paperwork, and even express my confusion about not having a choice in the loan terms (72 months, 66 months, 40 months, etc.). The employee stated that they simply send my information to the bank, which then provides them with the available options. I was told that this was what I was approved for and signed the documents. However, 12 days later, I received a call informing me that I was not approved. Therefore, I decided to contact the bank myself. They informed me that they do have records of the dealership calling to inquire about purchasing a car, not buying out a lease. This has left me quite confused about the entire situation. Just very disappointed in my experience

Beware if f you finance though Crown. Chancey Deakins added a theft protection payable toTrition without me knowing about it. $595. plus tax and interest is what he stole from me

My girlfriend and I recently bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at Crown. Greg Yeoman was our salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. Brian Cruz, the sales manager, was very helpful in getting us everything we needed prior to us arriving at the dealership. Chancy Deakins was the financial services manager we worked with and he was very professional. There was no haggling, no surprise fees, no unwanted add-ons. It was exactly the experience we were looking for- fast and friendly. We were in and out with a new car in just over an hour. I definitely recommend Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

We recently purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 Bigfoot from Crown of Cleveland. Terrific experience. We already knew what we wanted, and did most of the work online with Kregg Ware, our sales specialist. He was terrific, and did a great job of helping us pick out the truck and get the price we needed to pull the trigger. And Chancy Deakins did a great job of helping us with financing. At no time did anyone try to sell us something (read: add-on warranties and other dealer knock-ons) we didn't want. In general, I despise car shopping (and still do), but I would definitely go back to this group for my future vehicle needs.
