I purchased a vehicle from Crown of Cleveland here in Cleveland, TN, and the sales team was great! I messaged Colby a few times but did not schedule an appointment. I was in the area and dropped in on him. He was very busy but accommodating. He broke away to help me and was very nice. He was a No-pressure, easy-to-get-along-with guy. Once I had made a decision, he brought in Chase and Jacob to help close things out. All three of them were very pleasant to work with. They are a younger team, but the best that I've worked with. I am very pleased with the assistance that I received from Crown.

I accompanied my friend as he was looking for a heavy duty truck. Our sales associate Colby Evans was very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help him find the right truck. During the process we also met the manager Jacob and Chase in finance. I would recommend all of these individuals. They were all very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. It was a great experience.

My wife and I purchased our used Ram Longhorn from Chase and could not have asked for a better experience. We explained that we normally do not purchase at dealerships, but rather have the cars delivered to our home and that we would not sit through the usual car purchase experience because of past negative experiences at other dealerships, especially with the shady practices of the typical F&I guys. He took the time to walk us through the entire experience and catered to our wishes not to sit in a cubicle and even made sure that their own F&I person knew our expectations. We compromised on a fair price for the truck, he completed all the paperwork on our behalf, and even the handoff and experience through signing the documents was painless, transparent, and was a genuine, no pressure experience. Very well done guys, a perfect experience, and our purchase could not have been handled better.
