Beyond excellent Having just moved from out of state, I was very happy at how quickly a service appointment was made for my Ram 1500 4X4, ecodiesel. Also, I made a last minute maintenance request and it was promptly arranged. I do not remember the last name but the service person who took care of my appointment was Thomas. Not only was service accomplished with care and courtesy, a potential hazardous safety issue was noticed and brought to my attention and subsequently repaired. I am very pleased with all who ensured my experience was positive. Special thanks should go to Thomas, Dave, and Marguerite. This dealership has my customer loyalty. Thank you to a great team.
