Took my car here for a recall got it back 3 days later for a 6-hour job. Then my two door speakers don't work after the recall so I said hey can you check it out for me. they say yeah. Lol 4 days later I get it back and now The only speakers that work are the ones in the dashboard lol then I get told it's not their fault basically deal with it then I go and pick my car up just thinking the two front speakers don't work and maybe in amplifier blown but no The driver side back seat wasn't put back together right the headliner is broke on the driver side and sagging. It' has a big crease in the middle and a bend .the passenger side pillar it's just hanging there.. almost 2 weeks and this is how I get my car back do not trust these people and their service desk is absolutely terrible. I understand my car is not brand new. I at least expect better of these people. All they tried to do is hide things now I'm sitting with a charger with no working audio system broken headliner broken pillar and slowly going around the car pushing things back into place I can understand one or two but six or seven That's a little too much. Especially since one of your employees at the front desk already helped me put my pieces back in the first time I picked up the vehicle because you left them in my cup holder. everything was working when I just went in for an airbag recall absolutely do not trust these people with your vehicle. . The staff was rude including Hannah who even called me on day one and told me they accidentally fried my harness. But now all of a sudden there was no issues And we sent this to our technicians they said there's possibly no way we could have fried anything well obviously you did because it doesn't work but hey you know what I'll figure it out and I'll pay for it and I'll make sure to keep posting on here the progress just so you guys know when a professional breaks it down and they show me exactly what you blew up . They looked me in my eyes and told me there is no way that doing the airbag recall could even affect the radio whatsoever or the speakers or the amp.. .... You're an absolute liar it's tied directly into it but yet this is my fault even though Hannah told me out of her own mouth that they fried a wiring harness and it's going to take a few days so here come get a rental on us. You don't do that unless you mess something up..
