I purchased a vehicle from Crown of Cleveland here in Cleveland, TN, and the sales team was great! I messaged Colby a few times but did not schedule an appointment. I was in the area and dropped in on him. He was very busy but accommodating. He broke away to help me and was very nice. He was a No-pressure, easy-to-get-along-with guy. Once I had made a decision, he brought in Chase and Jacob to help close things out. All three of them were very pleasant to work with. They are a younger team, but the best that I've worked with. I am very pleased with the assistance that I received from Crown.

I accompanied my friend as he was looking for a heavy duty truck. Our sales associate Colby Evans was very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help him find the right truck. During the process we also met the manager Jacob and Chase in finance. I would recommend all of these individuals. They were all very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. It was a great experience.

Daniel Kerr was our salesman over a year ago. I bought the 2016 Z06 Vette. We enjoyed our business with Daniel and Crown. We wanted a new jeep. We settled on the Black Whitecap. Again Daniel was very helpful. We’re happy with both cars. We specifically ask for Daniel every time we need anything. In the world where people are so rushed and rude it’s nice to do business with people who care and actually do their job. We worked with the finance department Jacob and Chancey and those guys were also exceptional. We’re a customer for life with Crown.

Easy experience. Called ahead and James had the Jeep ready for a test drive. I arrived later than expected, and he stayed late when I decided to move forward with the purchase. The staff, including James, and Jacob were incredibly easy to deal with during my time in Cleveland. It was definitely worth a 28 minute drive! If you are looking for a Jeep, and live around Chattanooga, definitely expand your auto trader range to make sure you check their prices.
