Pleasantly enough, I had a good experience. I initially planned to order a truck but found one on the lot that filled 95% of my wish list. James, the salesman answered all my questions but I wanted a day to mull it over. I came back the next day and bought the truck. James was great to work with. The Finance Manager explained my options and I felt no pressure to purchase plans I did not want. Its been almost a month and Im still happy with it all. I will come back if I buy another truck someday.

Easy experience. Called ahead and James had the Jeep ready for a test drive. I arrived later than expected, and he stayed late when I decided to move forward with the purchase. The staff, including James, and Jacob were incredibly easy to deal with during my time in Cleveland. It was definitely worth a 28 minute drive! If you are looking for a Jeep, and live around Chattanooga, definitely expand your auto trader range to make sure you check their prices.
