I don't typically like dealing with dealership salesman because of all the crap some like to put you through. But I have to say I would come back to Greg at Crowns in Chattanooga anytime! He was the most personable guy and you could tell he really wanted to make sure you found what you wanted and were happy with your purchase. They did have some internet issues and it took a little longer than normal because we had to go to another store to fill out the paperwork. But they made it easy, had plenty of refreshments and it gave me the opportunity to really test drive our new truck. Overall it was a smooth transaction and I was happy with how everything turned out. Awesome dealership, awesome staff and we'll definitely let our friends and family know that if they are in the Chattanooga area that they need to stop at Crowns!
