Katzman Barrett, Bob Goodell, and Dylan Thomas truly made our daughters car purchase an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Let me rewind and share how a family from Maryland decided to do business with their dealership in Tennessee- my wife and daughter were coming home to Maryland from Tuscaloosa. While driving they got a flat tire on the highway and were shaken up by the experience. After a kind and helpful TN highway authority person assisted them, I advised them to find the closest Jeep dealership and go in to make sure the tire repair was ok. Crown Jeep in Tennessee happened to be fairly close to where they were and they went there. Right when they pulled their 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4Xe in, they were met by a staff of people on the service side that welcomed them in and calmed them down from their highway flat tire experience. It was not long after when Booker showed up and began wagging his tail and offering a canines love for my girls. Bookers owner, Bob Goodell the GM, then appeared and greeted my girls with warmth and concern and assured them they would look at their car carefully and get them back in their way with peace of mind. Once I(the Dad) heard of Bob, Bookers, and the entire Crown teams kindness and professionalism, I immediately called Bob to thank him for all they had done for my family. From there I told Bob that we were looking to buy my daughter her first car. Ive bought many cars over my 52 years and the car buying experience I was about to witness from Crown was very different and a welcome change to dealing with this kind of necessary but usually exhausting and mostly negative experience. Bob immediately put Katzman Barrett , a kind and extremely knowledgeable sales member on our case. In the beginning Bob made it clear that any car at any of their Crown dealerships could be used to find my daughters perfect first car. Crowns website was very easy to use and after looking at dozens of possible vehicles, we did end up purchasing a Jeep Compass Altitude from Bobs lot in Cleveland, TN. It was from there that Crowns service and commitment to their customers shined. Katzman Barrett drove my daughters new jeep 3 hours south to Tuscaloosa and helped us surprise our daughter with the car! The video of the surprise is on Crowns Facebook sight. Needless to say, it was a very happy moment for our daughter and us parents. It was a moment we needed as 2 weeks prior we lost our home in a horrific fire. How do you buy a car through an ordeal like that? Honestly I dont know, but the warmth and compassion of Crown Jeep in Cleveland,TN will never be forgotten by our family I assure you

Jake Cansler is always a pleasure to deal with and eager to please. Greg Yeoman handled our purchase. He came across as very genuine, not egotistical & overbearing like many salesmen can be (if had been we would've purchased elsewhere). Trevor G. shuttled me back to the shop. He was very relatable & professional. My only complaint is my bill. Lol If yall could work on getting that blabbering criminal bafoon Biden out of the White House that would most definitely help with that! Muchas gracias

I bought a 3 oil change pack,when I took it in for the 2nd one they brought my vehicle back out. Apparently the general manager's dog climbed up on the side of my driver's door scratching the holy living c*** out of it.They reviewed the tape and fortunately for me. It was too grainy and they couldn't see out of their high def cameras what had actually happened? . Yesterday my wife was telling me our Durango was not doing real well and seemed hesitant and sluggish so what I went and checked the fluids. I was short to quarter oil. My tranny was low, power steering was low and my coolent was low. There are no leaks under the car it does not smoke. It's a 2011 Durango with 83000 miles on it. It's been well maintained we are the 2nd owners the dealership I bought it from in Washington. Made sure that every time we got an oil change the rest of our fluids were topped off. I'm under the slight suspicion that this service department likes to drain your fluids lower so you'll have issues. Considering my car has a three year bumper to bumper warranty and I'd bring it back in for service and they can make money. They still owe me one more oil change. But I think I will lose the money on that because I will never return with my vehicle to crown chrysler dodge of cleveland. SUPER SHADEY
