Courtney handles the maintenance / recall coordination for my 2026 2500 diesel. She is very conscientious and a terrific coordinator. Even when delays are out of her control, she is very quick to keep me informed. A+ for her customer relationship skills.

I purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited form here in July 2026. they sold it to me as new it had a little over 6000 miles on it. So less than 3 weeks later the seal that runs around the sunroof came up in the front and was letting air whistle through. I pushed it back down so that I didn’t have to listen to it. took it in for rpair. Made the appointment for a Friday. Got there they didn’t have my appointment even booked. I called! got one excuse after another. ended up going to the GM and he got me a loaner car while they checked mine out.. They had it through the weekend so they did give me a loaner. they could never get it to duplicate the issue again. So no repair well here we are again with the same issue. I called this morning and I can bring it in and leave it with them again.. I called the service department and spoke to Courtney and she said I was welcome to bring my jeep in and leave it with them. I asked about a loaner and was told that the Sales person is who I would have to speak with. So I sent my salesman (FRANK) a text at a little after 9 AM EST. It is now 2:30 pm and still have no response from him. At this point I have been there trying to get my car fixed and am getting very little help from them. I dont know about the anyone else but I can‘t afford to get a rental every time I need a car repaired. I do live one and a half hours away so it makes it very difficult for me to just get family or friends to drop their life to run me back and forth to the dealer for repairs on a new car. After paying the amount of money they cost these days you would expect them to be in good repair at least for a couple of months.. I will not ever recommend Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

Our almost new 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer batteries when completely dead. We were at a restaurant in Tiffin GA. Going to Chattanooga TN we found a dealer that offered to take our car in and fix the issue. Courtney was compassionate and accommodating. We had our car back the next day. I would highly recommend them.

Frank and courtney is the best. perfect kind dealer a person would want to buy a vechicle from. He has a warm way of meeting my needs and actually listens and not just hear. I'll give a AAA Rating. Your company should be very proud to have a employee working for them.
