GoogleJennifer Duvall is a great asset to your company. She helps me every time I take my vehicle to Crown of Chattanooga. She deserves a raise!

GoogleI've never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. Not only did they not call me and talk me through what was going on with my car, but they literally IGNORED me and REFUSED to return my calls for nearly 7 BUSINESS DAYS! Then when I finally did hear back from the manager, I wasnt met with an ounce of respect or understanding and/or empathy.The service tech Jenniffer and the service dept manager Jerry most specifically. Mind you this is the only car me and my 8 year old son have. I wouldn't recommend this "business" to my very worst enemy!

Cars.comSimple process. Took my car in for oil change and rotation, the tech found an additional issue with my car while there. They checked with my warranty and verified all covered and kept things rolling. My advisor was Jennifer Duvall and she did an awesome job. My go to advisor anytime I take my challenger there. This will be my fourth Mopar and Ill probably still be driving one when Im in my 80s lol. (Im 40 now) Great work Jennifer!

Cars.comMy Son is away at college at UTC and had problems with his JEEP. We were referred to Crown Chrysler and they took excellent care of us and resolved the battery issue completely. Jennifer Duvall (Service Advisor) went out of her way to help my Son. She called and texted me with updates and was most professional and courteous. She put a worried Dads heart at ease! She was first class all the way. I appreciate her time and demeanor on the phone very much. I would highly recommend Crown in the future. Sincerely, Robb
