My Chrysler Pacifica was not starting and had all kinds of error messages. I was able to get it to Crown Chrysler and met Jerry Walker. He met me with a smile. Listened to my needs, gave me an estimate, was clear about the costs involved, and arranged for me to have a ride home. My car was seen the same day, repaired, and back to me by the next day! I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Thank you, Jerry.

My service writer Jason floyd was over the top professional and attentive to all my needs. Service people in the back made sure my repair was rite and we had the correct parts. Even the service manager Jerry talked to me What a over the top experience and i didn’t even buy the jeep from them.

I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. Not only did they not call me and talk me through what was going on with my car, but they literally IGNORED me and REFUSED to return my calls for nearly 7 BUSINESS DAYS! Then when I finally did hear back from the manager, I wasnt met with an ounce of respect or understanding and/or empathy.The service tech Jenniffer and the service dept manager Jerry most specifically. Mind you this is the only car me and my 8 year old son have. I wouldn't recommend this "business" to my very worst enemy!
