We bought our new Cadillac XT4 at Crown of Chattanooga and we couldn't be happier! It sales team, Gab and Ryan were so very helpful, knowledgeable and Friendly! Their finance team explain all our options and were extremely knowledge about their products too! We weren't there ALL DAY, like at some other dealerships! There was no pressure or they just wanted us to get the exact car we were going to love! Their pricing was beyond competitive, matter of fact the car we bought was a great deal less than anyone else within 100 miles! Very happy with our experience and our new SUV!

I bought new tires for my truck here and Able, Wes, and the service team were amazing. I got a quote for 4 tires at a tire store in town and Crown beat their price by more than 30%. I'll definitely return and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

I came to the dealership to have oil change done on my Chrysler 300. No sooner then I stepped out of my vehicle I was met by a salesman. Typical right? Wrong! Chase introduced himself to me and informed me that I was missing a tag bolt. He said he noticed it as I was pulling in. He then went into the shop to find me a tag bolt, which Im sure was an adventure for him seeing as it was his first day with the Chattanooga dealership. After he fixed it, he made a joke saying No wonder your pulling into the service lane, your Trade me Now light is flashing on your dash. I thought it was funny, and was surprised at the treatment I was receiving from him despite the fact I was only there for service. He gave me a card, and said google my name. Upon doing so, I learned that everyone receives this outstanding treatment from him. Im not in the market right now, but when I am he will be hearing from me. He has EARNED my business!
