My first experience purchasing a car at Crown Chrysler Jeep in Dublin. I really appreciate the professionalism in all departments and especially the follow through Alex in the Service Department with the prepping of the car shortly after purchase . I especially appreciate his follow up shortly after the work was done to make sure of satisfaction.

This is a great dealership if you’re looking to buy a used vehicle. Every person I met on staff was outstanding. Randy, the sales manager; Roger, the sales consultant; Reggie, the finance manager; and finally, Alex, the service manager, all made what is normally a very stressful experience, very pleasant and enjoyable one. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership by having all the maintenance on my Alfa done there. Thank you all, Dale
