Crown Jeep Dublin made the entire car-buying process incredibly easy and efficient. They sourced the exact vehicle I was looking for, got it to their dealership, and had all of my paperwork ready before I even arrived. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, which is almost unheard of when buying a car. Huge thanks to James and Jason for the outstanding service--highly recommend!

I had a great experience buying my new car. The whole process was straightforward and much easier than I expected. Dealing with the salesperson, Jason, was excellent—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Worked with Jason, who claimed to be a manager. Over the phone for multiple days. Finally, I get the numbers close, so I decide to head in. He sends me to Carmax to get my trade-in appraised, which already annoyed me. Talking to other dealers who didn't have me do that. I get the trade appraised and am heading to the dealership with my offer, and Jason texts me to let me know the Truck i’m coming in to look at is a manager demo its not even at the dealership, and it has 1500 miles on it. I left work early, drove an hour, and wasted my evening. They also have this truck listed online at full price, and it shows no miles. His plan all along was to just get me in and settle for a truck I don’t want.

I work for a local independent automotive repair facility in the Powell area. We utilize Crown Chrysler to fulfill much of our MOPAR parts needs. The staff working in the parts department are intelligent, friendly, and communicative. David Kellermyer, Jason Riffle, Scott Duncan, and Chad Laughrey have taken good care of me and the company I work for going on 4 years now. They are always a valued resource for finding parts, and they are invaluable in the process of automotive repairs. They own up when there are delays or when things happen to shipments, and they bend over backwards to help me out when I am in a pinch. I hope to continue working with these fine gentlemen.

Ty was very helpful in understanding my problem's, car went into limp mode engine light came on, navigation was freezing up and free 16 point inspection. Called in the morning and was able to drop car off and get it back same day, awesome. They had to update the tcm for transmission/limp mode and said hopefully that takes care of problem but keep eye on it, so is it fixed ? Time will tell The service provided by Ty was great. 3/30/2016 Received a call from Damon, Ty and Jason. Crown has addressed the issue, glad they have resolved the issue. Thanks Crown. I will continue to recommend them.
