Neal, Oliver and Reggie exceeded my expectations. Professional, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Even the team I wasn't working with offered a hello and a smile in passing. Very impressed.

My car buying experience with Crown Chrysler Jeep, working with Oliver was as easy and stress-free as possible! I’ve purchased new vehicles before, and the process always felt cumbersome and time consuming, but from the moment Oliver reached out, me coming into the dealership to test drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking at, to then coming into and buying it, was the best experience I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Crown Chrysler Jeep, and working with Oliver to anyone I know in the market for a new car!

Just purchased a grand Wagoneer from this dealer. Exceptional service and beautiful vehicle. This is the second Jeep. We’ve bought from them a great local dealer in Dublin, look no further than crown. Oliver Diggs was our sales person, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. Thanks everyone for making the car buying experience, smooth and enjoyable.

Oliver Diggs was great to work with! He did not use pressure. I told him what I wanted and I had limited time. He was able to all the paperwork ready so I just had to go in and sign and leave with my new van. I can’t thank Oliver and James enough!

From the moment I arrived, the team at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dublin made the entire process straightforward and stress‑free. Every person I interacted with was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping rather than pressuring. Especially Oliver Diggs, he took the time to explain options clearly, answered every question honestly, and made sure I felt confident in each step. The level of communication, transparency, and respect throughout my visit stood out. I left feeling valued as a customer and impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dealership that treats you right.
