I first came to Crown, in August of last year, due to a service issue with another dealer. I had a complicated problem that required a particularly patience ear. I found that man in, Service Manager, Alex Greenland. Alex was straight forward with excellent communication and honesty; while attempting to help solve my issues. His standard of service is seldom seen in todays times. I was despondent and dejected with Wagoneer Services and the other (my local) dealer. Alex, along with Service Director, Ty Ramsey (who was also wonderful, and a big part of keeping me in the loop about my car; speaking with me and even taking the time to send me pictures and video when I had questions), renewed my faith in Jeep products and the people that back them. I've own many Jeeps, three currently; and know where I'm buying my next. Thank you Alex any Ty.

Matt Cogdill was absolutely outstanding. We brought our Jeep Wrangler in for some help just one week after purchasing it, and Matt was extremely diligent, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way. He and the service manager Ty truly went above and beyond in ways that werent even necessary, which speaks volumes about them and the dealership. This is the second Wrangler that we have purchased from Crown and will continue to come back! You have two very special team members in Ty and Matt. A true class act experience from start to finish.

Service experience is great once I actually can reach someone. I left 2 messages in 3 days for my usual service advisor after speaking with the operator who directed my calls to his voicemail. When I got no response the first week, I called back and asked not to be sent to his voicemail. Once I was connected with another living service advisor, I was advised that mine had been out sick. Once I finally started working with Ty Ramsey, the service was excellent, complete, and fast (he went well above and beyond to get my problem addressed immediately with no inconvenience to me). Ty gets 5 stars from me. Just wish the operators had communicated clearly about absence/availability of my regular advisor to avoid the delays in addressing this.

Thanks to Crown Dublin for a fast easy experience yesterday!! I called needing help with my tires and a button for my seat in my wagoneer, they had me head right over and got me in. Dustin Litteral and Ty made sure I was fully taking care of and in and out with my four year old quickly. We have been Crown customers for years with 5-6 Jeep vehicles and will continue to give them our business!

Courteous service staff, work completed well. Nice waiting area and snacks. Used to have a shuttle service for longer service needs. Hope they are able to bring that back soon.
