I have gone to two other Dodge dealership and I can honestly say that Crown CJDR - Dublin has been the best experience that I have had to date in the 7 years, hands down. From start to finish, Ty took great care of all questions, concerns and provided an honest opinion when asked. I didn't have any of the issues that I have experienced in the past here nor did I feel uncomfortable at any moment.

Outstanding customer service! During a cross country trip from Montana to North Carolina my vehicle suffered a monumental mechanical failure. Ty Ramsey swiftly evaluated the issue and initiated an action plan. Mr. Ramsey's high level of professional expertise was incredible. I was informed of the inventory status of the required parts, and I was provided a timeline for the skilled technician to complete the repairs. It was truly a flawless operation! As a retired military officer I have traveled extensively across our beautiful country. Ty Ramsey and Crown Jeep-Dodge-Ram is by far the best that I have seen! Superior customer service! I made an appointment because my rear bench seat in our Jeep Cherokee was stuck in the down position. I thought it might need a new motor. When I arrived to drop it off, Ty Ramsey, Asst. Service Mgr, said he had an idea that might fix it. He used a device to recalibrate the controls. After about 10 minutes, it was working again and he sent me home, no charge! A less honest dealership could've kept my vehicle all day and easily taken advantage of the situation. Happy to give a five star review to someone who is looking out for the best interest of his customers!

Ty Ramsey!! Dude was absolutely AMAZING from the first day I walked into Crown Service and has been since every additional appointment. I came here due to incompetence form a different dealership, and Ty's knowledge, attention to detail, and communication was incredible. I highly recommend crown dealerships for all your Mopar service needs. And definitely ask for Ty!!
