My service provider, David, in the Collision Center was (is) amazing. My car was vandalized a few months ago and I had it towed to them. David made certain that the broken car windows were repaired as soon as the panes arrived and that the car was drivable even though some other cosmetic parts had to be ordered. He remained communicative and patient with me even in the beginning when I was frustrated and upset. Today, I brought my car in for those final parts to be installed. My plan was to wait it out in their customer lobby since I had the day off. Instead, David took it upon himself to commandeer a vehicle and get me home (Crown does not operate a courtesy van). But wait, that isn't the end; it gets even better: I asked he let me know when it was ready and I would grab an Uber. Instead, I received a phone call a little after 3 pm from him letting me know that he would be delivering my car to me at my home! This is what customer service truly should be. David didn't just do his job, he wasn't just courteous and patient. David was THOUGHFUL and went above expectations. He inconvenienced himself and disrupted his own day to make mine easier. Crown Collision should be proud. If each of their employees emulate David's actions and mind-set, they will have built a brand and culture unmatched in the industry. Thank you, for the kindness you gave to me, David.
