I literally got there as they were closing. I explained to them about a critical issue with my car and that I needed an immediate quote for a shippers insurance. Steve and Marissa were just phenomenal with their stellar service. They so patiently and kindly heard me out and stayed late after their business hours to help me out! They earned my business! I had to bring my Hellcat Challenger Widebody into a shop and after talking to Steve Lukas, he made me feel great about getting the job done and time frame plus the Techs who would be doing the work that are truly experienced and love the work they do. Steve emailed a couple pictures & notes along the way to keep me updated that I truly enjoyed. The Biggest Credit & Honesty that I can say about Steve at Crown Collision is; he noticed one small flaw out in the sun that you couldn't see inside and he called me and said, its almost perfect again but I will make it perfect 100% before you take it home. That's Great Business to me. They made it perfect and it looks Brand New Again. So glad I picked Crown Collision!! Seth

I had a pretty deep scratch to the left rocker molding of my vehicle. I met with Steve Lukas on 11/9 and was able to schedule my vehicle for paint repair today, 11/13. Jose Alvarez took over as my contact and had my vehicle done by the end of the day. Both of them were super helpful and my car was returned to me without any signs of a scratch or paint repair.

My car was here for over four months. Its impossible to talk to anyone in the department because no one answers the phone and no one returns your voicemails. When they called me to tell me my car was finished (someone hit me from behind and I needed to get my bumper replaced, wasnt badly damaged), they called three days later to let me know it actually wasnt finished. Then when they told me it was finished a week after that I tried to pick it up (I live 30 min away) but they installed a defective battery. They also never fixed the windshield which had a huge noticeable crack across it. After those issues were solved, I finally picked up my car and drove home. When I got home, I realized part of my bumper had fallen off now I keep Calling them but I literally cant get a hold of anyone. Steven the manager is a joke. I want my money back please

Although it took quite awhile to get my car back, the work that was done was superior. My car looks like it came off of the showroom floor once again. After an accident that took off most of my front passenger side, you cannot even tell that it was ever damaged. Thank you Steve and Raymond. I am one very happy girl.

Christine was very professional and made the repair process understandable. She was ready when we brought the car in and clearly explained what would be done. She was always available when i called and called me throughout the week giving me updates. I would definitely recommend your service team. Thank you Steve for a wonderful job also.

Quick help. Very professional. Nice attitude. Seems happy with his job. . Masks were being worn. Hand sanitizer was used and available for me to use. I had almost no wait in the process.

Dear "Steve" I also go by my middle name. Your time estimates are wrong, they didn't log it until I was already there for a half hour. I sat around for over an hour. She did NOT provide me with any estimate cheaper than $1168.17, and was incredibly rude! Your lack of customer service training and protocol is clear with this response filled with lies. I Called you back and left you multiple voicemails but you did not answer or return my call. I have replaced the bumper cover and mounting tab with guaranteed work and OEM parts at under $400 at another local shop. I am aware that you do offer such prices but only for people going through insurance companies, everyone else gets ripped off and is treated like garbage. Response to: 9/16/2019Dear "Alan", We appreciate your review and the feedback provided. I would welcome an opportunity to discuss the issues you raised and I have left a message at the number provided on the Customer Information Sheet you provided under the name Matt. Having said that, I did look at our records and the time estimates in our system suggest that you were actually here for less than 30 minutes. I also discussed your review with our staff in particular your Estimator Tatijana. Tatijana tells me that, upon inspection, she identified that the front bumper cover was damaged and the mounting tab was torn off on 1 side. She explained that it would need to be replaced and gave you an estimate for replacing the bumper cover; the estimate total was $1168.17. Tatijana did give you an option of attempting to repair which would be cheaper, just no guarantee the repair will work and hold forever and printed a copy of that estimate also. She tells that when she gave you both estimates, you saw the replacement estimate first with the total price off $1168.17, threw them down on the front counter and just left at that point.
