Victoria was very friendly and courteous. She took her time to try to diagnose my cars issue instead of spending unnecessary money. I just picked up my vehicle which was cleaned by the center. My problem was intermittent, so I will see over time if the issue was fixed. Thank you

Our 2018 Honda CRV's front end was damaged in a parking lot. Victoria and the team at Crown Collision provided exceptional care for both us and our car. They restored our car's front end, explained the damage during the initial estimate and throughout the process, and ensured that we felt confident they were treating us fairly. They also took extra care to ensure we were satisfied with the results and even detailed the car before returning it. The front desk and reception staff were equally exceptional, answering our questions and patiently addressing all of my concerns.

Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with. Efficient, courteous, and follow up was excellent. The office staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with regards to paperwork, payment etc. Quality of workmanship was fantastic.
