I had the best experience at Crown Genesis this past weekend purchasing my 2026 GV80. I have wanted a GV80 for several years. Abdelhak Belmadani was so helpful, courteous, personable and professional throughout the entire process, and stayed with us the whole way. I would recommend him any day of the week ! He was not technically a Genesis sales person, however if he didn’t know an answer, he made sure he would get it and then set us up with a Genesis sales consultant (Jhordan Rodriguez Hiriat) to ensure we were all set- and he stayed with us as Jhordan assisted me. Vinnie Zeitler in finance was also super helpful (and professional)with getting the deal done! And then as I mentioned above Jhordan Rodriguez Hiriart was super helpful in getting me set up on the concierge app., as well as explaining the different features of the car and customizing them . To top it off the Crown Manager called me today to check to see how I like the car and the service! Overall a class act at Crown! Thank you, from a very happy customer! I LOVE my GV80 !
