This place is a joke. Especially, Austin McWhorter - sales consultant. Buddy scheduled a meeting with me to see a truck, was supposed to get me a trade-in estimate on my current vehicle. Instead, the car sold and Austin never reached out to inform me NOR did he reply to me when I asked for the trade-in estimate multiple times. Austin is lazy, unprofessional, and a joke of a salesman.

Upon my visit to Crown Genesis I was introduced to a salesperson by the name of Austin he was awesome. I came to Crown Genesis in search for a Genesis G80, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle during the walk around. During the test drive Austin was very cool and polite, he took his time and there was no pressure. Even after the purchase was finalized, Austin still made time to give me information about the G80 when I called him. If ever you pull into Crown Genesis of St Pete ask for Austin.
