I rate Austin as the best sales rep I've seen, ever. He can sell and you still like him after the deal is made. He is very real in his aproach.

We didn't end up buying a vehicle from Crown Genesis, but I wanted to share how positive my experience with Austin was. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered every question clearly and honestly. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is rare at a dealership. Even without a sale, he treated me with respect and professionalism. If you're shopping for a Genesis, ask for Austin McWhorter!

Taylor Davis and Austin were so knowledgeable and more importantly not pushing me into anything. They just asked exactly what I wanted, where I needed the payment to be comfortable and worked with me til we were able to agree! I now have a beautiful new car!

Buying a car is usually very stressful, but Austin was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the Genesis product was invaluable, and he found us a vehicle that met all our requirements. The next time we’re in the market for a car, he will be the first call I make.

My experience with Austin was amazing. He was very informative and actually took the time out to show me how each gadget works in my new G70. My purchase went smoothly. Thanks Austin. I gave this experience a 10 out of 10.
