Greg Phillips and Cassandra Rancourt refused to service our vehicle even after explaining warranty with battery. Highly don't recommend the service given by Cassandra Rancourt,extremely unprofessional customer service as a loyal customer to service and parts department im very highly dissapointed.

He even speaks other languages, which shows a great level of professionalism. He stays on top of everything, communicates clearly, and makes you feel like a priority the whole time. Crown has been nothing but great with my GV60. I've had a couple of things that were covered under warranty and the process to get it fixed was smooth. Cassandra is awesome. She is always making sure whatever needs to be done fits with my schedule. Go to Crown and ask for her! Also the Uber service they use as their shuttle has been fantastic. Will be bringing my car back whenever I need something.
