I can’t offer enough positive feedback regarding my experience with Crown. I was buying my car remotely from out of state. Jhordan walked me through all the features of the car, sent me pics and videos, created a great deal for me, and was incredibly responsive. Vinnie was amazing to work with on the financial transaction and worked through all the logistics of an out of state purchase. Even after the sale, they both followed up to make sure I was satisfied and answered my follow up questions. I would highly recommend Crown and especially Jhordan and Vinnie.

We had an exceptional experience with our sales person Jhordan Rodriguez hiriart & brand manager Justin. I called in the afternoon about a specific car, we drove in after work and we were on our way with the new car and our trade in complete by the time they closed. They were straightforward, efficient & friendly which is a hard thing to come by at a car dealership! We left feeling like we were given a very fair deal and so happy with our new car. We had a few poor experiences with other genesis dealers closer to us & the drive over to St. Pete was well worth it for the service we received. I highly recommend using this dealership for anything Genesis in and around Tampa Bay.
