This was a mixed bag of an experience. John You was my salesperson who was patient and friendly. I appreciated his approach. I can tell he works quite hard. I just wish he had responded to my texts because when I returned to hopefully 'finish the deal,' I was sent to a new sales advisor who was friendly but very inexperienced with Genesis. This salesperson, who again was friendly, applied some pressure to me to get the sale done, which was a complete contrast to working with John. Overall, I would recommend this location, but just barely. Your staff needs more training on Genesis. In fact, I think I walked in with more knowledge on the trim levels, etc., than both of my sales associates. I don't appreciate the high-pressure tactic that drove me to another location where I ended up purchasing.
