**Outstanding experience from start to finish!** I recently leased my very first Genesis from Crown Genesis in St. Petersburg, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and the car. As a long-time BMW owner, I was honestly unsure how I would feel about making the switch. My salesperson, Austin McWhorter, was excellent to work with. His knowledge of the Genesis line was so far reaching and his communication skills are a 10/10. I was looking at other brands of cars to purchase and really liked them all, but what pushed me to buy the Genesis GV80 was working with Austin. Austin is kind, patient, informed and a pleasure to work with. I met Justin the sales manager as well and had a lovely experience all the way around at Crown Genesis.

We had an exceptional experience with our sales person Jhordan Rodriguez hiriart & brand manager Justin. I called in the afternoon about a specific car, we drove in after work and we were on our way with the new car and our trade in complete by the time they closed. They were straightforward, efficient & friendly which is a hard thing to come by at a car dealership! We left feeling like we were given a very fair deal and so happy with our new car. We had a few poor experiences with other genesis dealers closer to us & the drive over to St. Pete was well worth it for the service we received. I highly recommend using this dealership for anything Genesis in and around Tampa Bay.

I highly recommend Crown Hyundai! Justin and Casey went above and beyond to find the exact, rare build I configured online. It took a few days of hard work, but they located it with every single accessory at a very reasonable price.
