She always goes above and beyond to help, and is so knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to deal with. We have purchased vehicles previously with her, and made sure we dealt with Jennifer Irvin again this time. She found the exact vehicle we wanted, and took care of all of the details. Justin Callahan has likewise been extremely helpful in all of these transactions as the Genesis brand manager. He is very accommodating, and knows exactly how to make things happen in the best way. One final comment, Mark Bowen is a pleasure to work with in finalizing all the financial documents - - very knowledgeable, organized and efficient, and very pleasant as well. He made a lovely video showing me the vehicle and answered all of my questions related to the purchase. The out the door price was honest and accurate. Two days later when I went to the lot Joel approached us and without hesitation began showing us the vehicle. He was very thoughtful and respectful of our time, giving us enough space and time to test drive the vehicle and check out all of the tech features. He patiently answered all of our questions. Mark in the finance department was engaging and friendly. He handled our paperwork without issues. Joel particularly went above and beyond to ensure our customer service experience was phenomenal from start to end. He truly set the standard for purchasing a certified preowned vehicle from Genesis and if this is an indication of the company’s core values then we see ourselves returning in the future. Googlei bought a car from Crown Hyundai about a month ago. The experience was so good that I went back today and got another vehicle from them. Jennifer is the best salesperson and Mark is a great manager. They made the process smooth and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy like many other dealerships. This is the way car buying should be. I highly recommend them.

EdmundsSIMPLY STATED: My Best Vehicle Buying Experience happened here yesterday with Cameron Herring! Its kind of a long backstory but PLEASE BUYERS PAY ATTENTION to the details of my experience because Cameron and this Dealership could save you $1,000s of Dollars! For the past 5 years my household has purchased or leased 4 vehicles from a big volume competitor in Lakewood Ranch, FL and I also referred several buyers to them during this time. In 2022, I purchased a new Genesis GV80 that I had serviced entirely at the dealer's location. Yesterday, I went in for 4 new tires and while waiting I decided to inquire about trading in my car for a lease. I was nervous because I havent purchased a car on my own in over 30 years and never leased a car before. I explained many times to the Leasing Consultant, General Manager and Finance Manager my fears. I really need to hang on to my cash reserves and keep my payment as low as possible. For the trade in value on my GV80 they gave me $30,500 but I had to ask for more when originally I was only offered $29,000. Then, when I leave and return with a cashier's check for $3,650 the only way to get my payment under $650.00 the dealership had placed a sticker on my car to sell it for $54,145! Now, I am fine with people making money in this business but WHAT I AM NOT FINE WITH, is taking advantage of a loyal customer who really needed care on this transaction. Because what I found out next is that the EXACT SAME CAR was available at a competing dealership in Saint Petersburg (45 mins away) CROWN HYUNDAI, that I could get with NO MONEY DOWN (just the first lease payment due at signing) and a LOWER monthly payment difference of almost $200.00!! Remember, I DONT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH CROWN, like I did with the other dealership. How could there be such a difference in the numbers? Sounded too good to be true. Well, it was TRUE and I canceled my transaction and drove straight to CROWN HYUNDIA, got the car, they even threw in a TIRE AND RIM PACKAGE and the payment was STILL LESS than what the other dealership said was the best they can do. ALL MY business and referrals will now be going to Cameron Herring and CROWN HYUNDAI AND GENESIS. From the moment Cameron opened the door for me he was respectful and kept me informed of the entire process which seemed effortless compared to my other experience earlier that day. Mark Bowen, the Finance Services Manger, put the numbers together EXACTLY AS CAMERON TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE. None of the back and forth and oh let me see or well we didnt know about this or that. You know what I mean. This was just straight talk, real numbers and just a 5 start experience all the way around. Whats also really nice is they have a well outfitted customer waiting area with a world class coffee machine, complimentary snacks, WiFi and plenty of tables, seats and chairs as well as charging stations while you wait comfortably for your vehicle to be serviced. REMEMBER BEFORE YOU BUY OR LEASE CALL CAMERON FIRST to see what he can do. He is Certified in Hyundai and Genesis so find out if he can BEAT YOUR DEAL and tell him I sent you.
