He made a lovely video showing me the vehicle and answered all of my questions related to the purchase. The out the door price was honest and accurate. Two days later when I went to the lot Joel approached us and without hesitation began showing us the vehicle. He was very thoughtful and respectful of our time, giving us enough space and time to test drive the vehicle and check out all of the tech features. He patiently answered all of our questions. Mark in the finance department was engaging and friendly. He handled our paperwork without issues. Joel particularly went above and beyond to ensure our customer service experience was phenomenal from start to end. i bought a car from Crown Hyundai about a month ago. The experience was so good that I went back today and got another vehicle from them. Jennifer is the best salesperson and Mark is a great manager. They made the process smooth and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy like many other dealerships. This is the way car buying should be. I highly recommend them.
